From the Bagasao children:

Every week we learn about a different country or a group of people needing prayer. We study their situation and then pray for them throughout the week.

Please join us in prayer for the Dai Lu.

The Dai Lu people live in the Yunnan province of southern China near the border of Laos and Myanmar. Some also live in Laos, Thailand and Myanmar.

They are animists and Buddhists and have Buddhist temples in every village. They believe that when they die they have a second life, depending on how they act. This is called reincarnation. They believe that they can get to heaven by themselves by being almost perfect. We know that is wrong. We need Jesus to get to heaven.

Please pray that they will stop their belief in evil spirits and Buddha and they will learn that they can’t get to heaven themselves and they need Jesus. Elijah wants them to have more Bibles in the Dai language.
